Responsibilities

• Manage the full compensation package for the entire group, which includes 05 entities and contractors globally. This involves working effectively with international payroll agents.
• Manage and execute all aspects of compensation and benefits programs for employees and contractors (if any) across the group.
• Stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in full compliance.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs, including rewards and recognition projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees and contractors
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding HR inquiries.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
