About the role:

The Business Development Manager at Sky Mavis will drive the future of our ecosystem by building relationships with game developers across web2 and web3.

You will ...

- Master and maintain the Sky Mavis games pipeline

Build a ready pipeline of studios and games from inbound and outbound lead generation
Find, source, input and organize deals & deal attributes across all pipelines: blockchain games, web2 studios, work-for-hire studios, and relationships
Source and obtain introductions to deals across the ecosystem
Bring key connections across the industry, building a ready pipeline of game studios
Research and stay abreast of all new NFT/crypto trends

- Develop and refine our sales process

Craft compelling pitch narratives
Create/obtain documentation of sales collateral needed throughout the sales process

- Contribute to projects when necessary

Requirements

Gaming industry experience in Corp Dev, BD/Partnerships, Strategy roles OR in a sales role
In Asia
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Ability to take accountability for achieving metrics
Excellent communication skills in English
