About the Role

  • This is a junior-level position in the Production Management job family for those considering a career in video game management.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager & the team in their day-to-day activities, from keeping track of each member's tasks to taking meeting notes and reporting team progress on a daily basis.
  • Ensure effective communication with team members regarding project status, deliverables, and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure accurate information is recorded and that the necessary reports are generated.
  • Organize and participate in all team events, build relationships with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties in line with assignments.

Requirements

  • Must have a strong interest and passion for art & video games.
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in Project assistant / executive position.
  • Strong sense of urgency and understanding of milestones, schedules, deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Office apps.
  • Experienced with Project Management tools like: Jira, Notion, etc is preferred
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or 3D production tools (Maya/ Blender, Zbrush & Substance Painter) is a big plus.
  • Good English communication.
  • Having a strong work ethic, self-motivated & able to work independently and collaboratively.
