We're looking for an IT Administrator based out of our European headquarters in Belgrade.

What we're looking for on your CV

• Strong understanding of information technology, including networking and computer systems

• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software, networks, servers, laptops, and peripherals

• Experience with macOS

• Able to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members

• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions

Nice to have

• Relevant Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology

• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem

• Familiarity with Kanban

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of our existing computer and network setups

• Providing support for all existing software and hardware

• Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise

• Maintain network security and assist with performing security audits

• Document any processes that users or administrators need to follow to successfully work within our systems

• Keep up-to-date on new technologies and security risks

• Assist with implementing system and process improvements

• Google Workspace and other systems and services administration
