We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our team in Belgrade.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Preparing HR documents.
Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Generate HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and training statistics. Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of local labor law and regulation
Fluent in English
Experience in multinational companies and/or within the IT industry would be considered a plus
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law or similar field would be considered an advantage
