About The Role

Serving as a key member of our finance team by driving financial insights, forecasting, and strategic planning to support business growth, Relay Payments is seeking our next Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join us in Atlanta, GA. The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to enhance decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial modeling.

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for executive reporting.
• Conduct scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and cost optimization studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Assist in strategic planning, investment analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.
• Ensure financial compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
• Assist with M&A research and execution.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Lookr, and ERP systems.
• Experience working with financial reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
