As our Operations Generalist, you’ll be at the center of making both the app and the team run seamlessly. You’ll work alongside the people behind products like Safe, CoW Swap, Gnosis Pay, and Circles — products that have pushed the boundaries of financial innovation worldwide.

As our Operations Generalist, you’ll be at the center of making both the app and the team run seamlessly. You’ll work alongside the people behind products like Safe, CoW Swap, Gnosis Pay, and Circles — products that have pushed the boundaries of financial innovation worldwide.
Customer Operations:
- Build & Lead
- Establish the customer support function from scratch: select tools, design processes, and set up automations.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of customer support specialists over time to deliver world-class support.
- Monitor user feedback, manage escalations, and ensure fast, high-quality resolutions.
- Incident Response
- Act as first responder for outages, failed transactions, or partner issues.
- Work closely with banking and card partners to resolve exceptions.
- Coordinate with engineering and external partners to ensure rapid recovery and communication.
- General Ops Hustle
- Own the “whatever it takes” tasks — be the problem-solver who keeps things moving.
- Manage service providers, contracts, invoices, and SLAs.
- Set up and maintain internal tools (Notion, dashboards, communication platforms).
- Automate repetitive workflows and continuously improve efficiency.
- Contribute to shaping early-stage culture, team rituals, and remote-first practices.
- Finance Ops
- Support bookkeeping, expense tracking, payroll, and reimbursements with finance partners.
- Monitor budgets and maintain audit-ready records.
