Would you like to join us in shaping the future of trade services? Komgo is actively searching for an Account Executive to strengthen our team in Asia. In collaboration with other team members, the Account Executive will manage customer relationships of an existing portfolio. Result driven, you will use your problem-solving abilities and customer focus to lead clients into long-term profitable relationships. You will have the opportunity to use your well-developed sales skills to demonstrate the value of products, ensure adoptions, and increase usage.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and on board clients on our platforms.
- Strategic outreach to existing customers with the goal of identifying upgrade opportunities.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Perform pro-active account management to ensure that customers receive maximum value from our tools.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate issues when client relationship is at risk and coordinate follow up.
- Organize training sessions on a regular basis to new users and to present new features.
- Prepare reporting based on clients’ needs and requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade finance knowledge is a must.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (at all levels).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player, proactive, responsible, exemplary.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
- Ability to represent the company
- Willing to be hands on
- Excellent command of the office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
