Would you like to join us in shaping the future of trade services? Komgo is actively searching for a Sales Executive to strengthen our team in the USA. We are looking for a permanent fulfillment (100%) for this position.

The Sales Executive will manage customer relationships. Result-driven, you will use your problem-solving abilities and customer focus to lead prospects and clients into long-term profitable relationships. You will have the opportunity to use your well-developed sales skills to demonstrate the value of our products, ensure adoption, and grow our customer base.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in the Americas region:

✓ Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. This implies a deep knowledge of your customer environment and challenges that will enable you to influence the sales process.

✓ In charge of moving the deal over the funnel/pipeline

✓ Qualify inbound demand into new opportunities and demonstrate the value of our products.

✓ Assist customers in their evaluation of our products ensuring a match with their technical requirements.

✓ Size and quote customer software license needs.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients: responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and continued company loyalty.
  • Monitoring sales performance: ensure that targets are being met, identify upsell opportunities as well as areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Collaborating with other departments:

✓ work closely with other departments such as pre-sales, business development and customer success to ensure that the company's overall objectives are being met.

✓ Pro-actively engage in building, growing and sharing sales team best practices.

✓ Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends: stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and at the forefront of the industry.

  • Travel required: frequent overnight travel for in-person client meetings, marketing events, and conferences.
  • Any other Ad hoc duties related to the role as requested by the management.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (at all levels).
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
  • Successful sales management experience in the SAAS industry with proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
