About The Role
You’re part of the Kaiko’s Product Portfolio team who is in charge of designing and developing products.
Missions & Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager at Kaiko, you mainly focus on Product Life Cycle management. You will be accountable for your product line from inception to launch:
- Research: business research to design new products, new features, or incremental upgrades on existing ones, leveraging user research, market trends, competitive watches, etc.
- Product design: specifications and test cases writing, detailed and documented data on product design and how the product will be delivered to users, usable by devs to implement the product
- Product delivery: make sure specifications are clear, the technical specifications written by the tech team are aligned with the functional specifications (including ticket creation and prioritization) and deadlines are being met (progress monitoring). Once implementation is done, you’ll also be responsible for coordinating the testing phase with the help of the Operations and QA teams.
- Product launch: support marketing launch through dedicated case studies, build go-to-market with sales, and ensure Product Operations readiness to cater to new increments/products.
- As part of the day-to-day activities, you’ll also be in charge of the following missions:
- Product improvements: collect feedback from Sales, Product Operations, or clients towards continuous improvements.
- Product Innovation:
- Monitor market trends on product needs and follow up with clients to test and validate new ideas.
- Work closely with the team towards the definition of the roadmap, which shall include - in a fast-changing, maturing environment - strategic product development to position Kaiko ahead of client demand.
- Sales and client support, whether it’s taking the form of competitive due diligence, bespoke analysis for clients, or market materials. As a product expert, you may also be invited to attend client meetings to answer questions about our research or products and represent Kaiko at conferences.
