Market Data: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 cryptocurrency trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the centralized digital assets market.
DeFi and Blockchain: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
Analytics: Our analytics products build on our Market Data and DeFi and Blockchain data products to offer additional analysis for risk assessment, accurate pricing, or market condition evaluations.
Rates and Indices: Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under EU BMR regulation.

About The Role
Kaiko’s Marketing team is looking to hire a Junior Product Marketing Manager to assist in the roll out of its product marketing strategy, reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • With an important emphasis on content writing/thought leadership, you will be responsible for helping translate our brand into a story that attracts our client base. You’ll understand the needs and use cases of our core audience (financial institutions and crypto-native companies), and use this to position, write, and illustrate our products’ benefits across all channels.
  • You’ll act as a bridge between the product and sales team, and will have an excellent understanding of our products, how they are used, and what benefits resonate with specific audiences. You’ll be confident presenting your knowledge to both internal and external audiences. You’ll also produce the marketing materials the sales team needs to support our sales process.
  • The Junior Product Marketing Manager will assist with the company’s product launches and updates, launching product-specific marketing campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team. Your product content will be engaging and innovative, and always focussed around the end-user.
  • With the help of the marketing team, you will leverage our various marketing channels (website, blog, PR, advertising, social media, print, client use cases…) to build successful marketing campaigns. You will also ensure optimal sales enablement before each announcement by organizing internal training sessions for sales directors, and updating the company pitch decks.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Translate complex product language into relatable benefit-led messaging
  • Learn quickly, and understand the use cases and specific nuances of each product
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
  • Use design tools (Canva) to deliver well-designed and consistent marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and SDRs
  • Monitor the market to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities
  • Self-organize and multi-task, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Must haves

  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in crypto or digital finance
  • Excellent presentational skills for internal and external audiences

  • Degree in business, marketing or communications.
