What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions, across three main business units:
1. Market Data: “CEX” Centralized Exchanges Market Data: we collect, structure and distribute market data from 100+ cryptocurrency trading venues; “DEX” Decentralized Protocols Market Data: we run blockchain infrastructure in order to read, collect, engineer and distribute venue-level market data from DeFI protocols.
2. Analytics: proprietary quantitative models & data solutions to price and assess risk.
3. Indices: suite of mono-assets rates and benchmarks, as well as cross-assets indices.
Kaiko’s products are available worldwide on all networks and infrastructures: public APIs, private & on-premises networks; private & hybrid cloud set-ups; blockchain native (Kaiko oracles solution).

About The Role
If you're interested in pursuing a career in the world of digital assets, then come and join our team where you’ll be responsible for managing our electronic equipment, installing network and computer systems, maintaining and upgrading operating systems, and overseeing the overall performance of our IT infrastructure.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Asset inventory (software and hardware): manage all company electronic equipment, including computers, monitors, servers, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain network and computer systems to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency.
- Install, configure and maintain a centralized asset and user management tool (AD)
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on operating systems (hardware and software) to optimize performance and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Take charge of access management processes, including employee account creations, software user configurations, and management of Google Workspace environment.
- User identity management (ID, MDM, SSO) and application security adaptation (2FA, strong authentication)
- Assist Kaiko users with their IT Equipment, accounts, softwares, and handle IT tickets (Shortcut) efficiently.
- Antivirus management and alerts from the administration interface
- Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and implement appropriate solutions to support their operations.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends to propose and implement innovative IT solutions.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role within a tech-driven environment, preferably within the crypto or financial technology industry.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and networking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures to protect systems and data.
- Experience managing Google Workspace or similar cloud-based productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
- Fluency in French & English
