We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at BlockApps. As a key member of our Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by evaluating, implementing, and managing sales tools and technologies. Your responsibilities will include providing training and ongoing support to ensure our sales team optimally utilizes these tools. This includes forecasting sales targets, monitoring pipeline health, and collaborating closely with sales representatives to align forecasts with company objectives. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to develop impactful sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, implement, and administer sales tools and technologies to support Sales
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of sales tools
  • Assist in forecasting sales targets, monitoring pipeline health, and collaborating with sales representatives to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with company objectives
  • Utilize Zoho CRM system and analytical tools to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials in collaboration with marketing and product teams, ensuring sales teams have access to necessary resources for effective engagement with prospects and customers
  • Document sales processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct training sessions to educate sales teams on new processes and tools
  • Collaborate across departments (finance, marketing, operations) to align goals and monitor sales activities
  • Implement controls and measures to maintain data integrity and compliance standards
  • Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase productivity
  • Conduct financial reports and audits to provide insights in sales management for informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) and other sales-related technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes, best practices, and compliance standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in sales operations or related fields is a plus
