The FX team is hiring for FX Sales Manager.

The FX Sales Manager at Cboe will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding our client base. In this non-people management role, you will focus on FX sales, account management, and client relationship development. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and providing expert advice on FX trading and financial products.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

Sales and Account Management:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients for FX trading services.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and risk tolerance to tailor FX solutions accordingly.

Financial Product Expertise:

  • Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and relevant financial products.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations on FX trading and related products.
  • Collaborate with research and analysis teams to enhance client offerings.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage risk effectively by monitoring and assessing clients' exposure and trade positions.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance and client portfolio.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other teams, including trading, research, and compliance, to provide seamless client service.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to enhance sales strategies and client offerings.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven track record in FX sales, account management, or a related financial sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial products, and risk management.
  • Understanding of the key issues in the Financial Services Industry (knowledge of FX Market Microstructure)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
